Recipe of the Week



200 grams of pasta
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons onion
2 tablespoons fried tomato
½ teaspoon ground pepper
Salt to taste
700 grams of peeled and cooked shrimp
2 teaspoons chopped parsley


First we cook the pasta in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
On the other hand, heat olive oil in a pan with the chopped onion and garlic.
Once golden they are removed and crushed.

In a pan we put the fried tomato, pepper, salt and shrimp, and a little water if you wish When it starts to boil, add the onion and the crushed garlic; stir well. Add the pasta and stir.
Serve hot, with a little chopped parsley.
